Fair Haven has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom downstairs, plus an upstairs family room with one queen and two twin beds. Two folding mattresses and a crib provide additional flexibility for up to ten guests.

The standard check-in window is 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and checkout is by 10:00 a.m. Two vehicles fit in the private parking area, a third can use the roadside space, and a 240V Level 2 EV charger is provided.
